NFL-NFC Rookie of the Year
The NFL-NFC Rookie of the Year award was presented by the United Press International (UPI) to the top Rookie in the National Football League (NFL) from 1955 through 1969. After the American Football League (AFL) merged with the National Football League (NFL), the award was presented to the best Rookie in the National Football Conference (NFC) until 1996 when the NFL-NFC Rookie of the Year award was discontinued.
